Refund & Return Policy – Dhanak Lampshades

Overview

At Dhanak Lampshades, each product is thoughtfully handcrafted using premium fabrics and traditional techniques. We take great care in ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order lampshades
  • Items purchased on sale or discount
  • Products damaged due to improper use or handling

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and offer:

  • Replacement, or
  • Refund (if replacement is not possible)

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

If you haven’t received your refund:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
